1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2App Description

LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher is intended to provide satellite imagery, Earth views, cloud and weather layers, map exploration, saved locations, wallpapers, widgets, and launcher-related features. Some functions may depend on your device, Android version, selected settings, granted permissions, network availability, imagery provider coverage, or third-party services included in the app version you use.

3Launcher and Device Features

If you choose to set LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher as your default launcher, your home screen and related launcher settings may change. Your installed apps, photos, and other personal files remain on your device. You can adjust your default home app preference at any time in your device settings.

Some features may request access to location, photos or media, wallpaper controls, notifications, overlay presentation, network connectivity, storage, or related device functions where those features are supported by the app and your device.

4License

Phuong Bobby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

5User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the app and for any locations, searches, imagery, screenshots, wallpapers, settings, saved items, or other information you choose to open, save, capture, organize, or share through the app. You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, imagery provider terms, and third-party rights.

6Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• use LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes;
• copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where permitted by law;
• interfere with the app's security, stability, availability, advertising controls, analytics, diagnostics, or normal operation;
• scrape, redistribute, resell, or republish imagery, map data, or weather content obtained through the app in violation of provider terms or third-party rights;
• misrepresent the app, the developer, or any relationship with Phuong Bobby.

7Satellite Imagery and Map Features

LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher may provide satellite and Earth imagery, cloud and weather layers, map browsing, saved locations, wallpapers, widgets, screenshots, or related exploration features depending on the app version and the permissions you grant. You are responsible for reviewing any imagery, layer, or weather reading before relying on it.

Imagery and weather content is supplied by third-party providers, can be delayed, cached, incomplete, or approximate, and is offered for general information and personalization only. It is not intended for navigation, surveying, engineering, safety, emergency response, or any purpose where inaccurate data could cause harm.

8Third-Party Services

LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher may rely on third-party services for satellite imagery, weather data, map rendering, distribution, infrastructure, advertising, attribution, analytics, crash reporting, content delivery, or support functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content, services, imagery availability, or practices.

9Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, Android version, network condition, or imagery or map coverage area.

10Disclaimer

LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phuong Bobby disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Imagery, weather, and map content may be delayed, approximate, or inaccurate, and is not a substitute for official sources.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phuong Bobby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of files, data, content, revenue, business value, opportunities, or damages arising from reliance on imagery, weather, or map content provided through LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of LiveEarth: Satellite Launcher after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
